[3D Magic 2000] creates a link between multi joint CMM and CAD data allowing an easy operation for measurement and on-site visualization of inspection, judge of approval for the products.
[3D Magic 2000] is able to;
- Run on a general-purpose computer set at the local site can perform data processing. There is no need to use expensive and complicated CAD system.
- Execute error calculation such as error between a surface and a measured point in the surface-normal direction or positional error of circle, slot, and square slot concurrently with measurement. It also visualizes the result in vectors, a color map, and texts according to the amount of error.
- Display computation result of error in the surface normal direction in the measurement value, the reference value, and the error value (distance).
- Specify a section in CAD data and measure it.
- Memorize measuring procedures through learning function.
- Perform the memorized procedures and advise the positions to be measured.
Display the position to be measured in the center of a screen and automatically zoom in the image and give electronic sound (high/low pitch) on the probe's approach as a guidance.
- Print screen and save the data in an image file (bitmap format).
- Export the data to a file.
Output format: IGES, Text (readable by commercial applications)
